Our room, a spacious cave, was modern with whitewashed walls and high ceilings, which gave it an enchanting feel. The bathroom featured a large recessed cave bath along with a luxurious spa shower that lit up in different colors—a real treat after a day of exploring. The breakfast options were abundant, using fresh local ingredients, and the staff were exceptionally kind, always ready to assist and share tips about the area. However, there was some confusion regarding the shuttle service, as I wish it had been clearer that parking was not on-site. It was a bit inconvenient to juggle our luggage. Overall, a delightful stay with a magical ambiance, perfect for a getaway in Matera.

The Comfort Double or Twin Room was beautiful and had its own entrance, which I loved. The resin floors were super easy to walk on, and the foam mattress was really comfy (just watch out if you have a bad back). Breakfast had a nice mix of local and international options. Plus, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay!
